      目前轻质刨花板大多处于实验室研究阶段,尚未实现规模化工业生产。本文从原料种类、胶黏剂发泡、轻质填料、板坯结构设计等方面阐述国内外刨花板实现轻量化研究的进展情况。 量大的非建筑业的应用领域中。为此,应研发和生产满足不同用途要求的各类特制定向刨花板,以用作家具制作和装修材料以及作为高强产品使用;多途径保障原料供应;改变和完善生产技术,以提升定向刨花板的竞争力。

      Low-density particleboard was mostly on the stage of laboratory research. It had not yet been applied in large-scale production. This article introduced research progress on low-density particleboard from several aspects, including raw material,adhesive foaming, light fillers, mat structure, etc. in North America and China, the factors influencing the development of Chinese OSB industry were analyzed. The demand for structural-use sheathing grade OSB was tiny in China, and thus OSB should penetrate into the various non-structural industrial markets that consume huge amount of wood-based panel products. It was necessary to develop and produce specialty OSB products, which were tailored for various end applications and aim at furniture and decoration uses, or for the applications where high strength were required. Multiple methods need to be enforced to secure the supply of raw materials for OSB production. In addition, current OSB production technologies need to be modified and improved in order to enhance the competitiveness of OSB with other woodbased panel products, and to make good use of available raw materials as well.
